Anxiety toolkit · Hand-tracking practices
What does your body need right now?
Three short practices that use your camera and gentle hand movement to pull attention out of the spin and back into the present. Pick your depth.
Each practice uses your camera to see your hands and gives its instructions on screen. Everything stays on your device — nothing is recorded or sent anywhere.
-
Shake it loose
Release. Shake your hands fast and freely. Your motion fills the vessel — pour the charge out of the body. About 1 minute.
-
Hand hunt
Focus. Form the shape the screen names — palm, fist, peace, point. A quick sensory hunt that narrows attention. About 2 minutes.
-
Cross currents
Coordination. Two hands, opposite directions, one rhythm. Bilateral movement that asks for your full presence. About 2 minutes.
