Last updated · June 18, 2026

We are Alissa Tretiyakova, doing business as Ailish Tretiyakova ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), a company registered in Estonia at Pae 43, Tallinn, Harjumaa 13261, Estonia.

We operate the website ailisht.com, an online education platform offering psychology-based self-development courses built on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and somatic frameworks, delivered through narrative-driven, gamified digital experiences, together with any related products and services that refer to these Legal Terms (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Legal Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the Services immediately. The Services are intended for users who are at least 18 years old.

01Our Services

The information provided when using the Services is not intended for distribution to or use by any person or entity in any jurisdiction or country where such distribution or use would be contrary to law or regulation. Those who choose to access the Services from other locations do so on their own initiative and are solely responsible for compliance with local laws.

The Services are not tailored to comply with industry-specific regulations such as HIPAA or FISMA. If your interactions would be subject to such laws, you may not use the Services. You may not use the Services in a way that would violate the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act.

02Intellectual Property Rights

Our intellectual property

We are the owner or licensee of all intellectual property rights in our Services, including all source code, databases, functionality, software, designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics (the "Content"), as well as the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein (the "Marks"). Our Content and Marks are protected by copyright and trademark laws and treaties around the world, and are provided "as is" for your personal, non-commercial use only.

Your use of our Services

Subject to your compliance with these Legal Terms, including the Prohibited Activities section, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access the Services and to download or print a copy of any portion of the Content to which you have properly gained access, solely for personal, non-commercial use.

Except as set out here, no part of the Services and no Content or Marks may be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted, distributed, sold, licensed, or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose without our express prior written permission. Requests for other uses should be addressed to ailishtretiyakova@gmail.com. We reserve all rights not expressly granted to you, and any breach of this section constitutes a material breach of these Legal Terms.

Your submissions

By directly sending us any question, comment, suggestion, idea, feedback, or other information about the Services ("Submissions"), you agree to assign to us all intellectual property rights in such Submission, for our unrestricted use and dissemination without acknowledgment or compensation to you. You are responsible for what you submit, and you confirm that your Submissions comply with our Prohibited Activities section, are original or properly licensed, and do not constitute confidential information. You agree to reimburse us for losses we may suffer because of your breach of this section, a third party's intellectual property rights, or applicable law.

03User Representations

By using the Services, you represent and warrant that: (1) you have the legal capacity and agree to comply with these Legal Terms; (2) you are not a minor in the jurisdiction in which you reside; (3) you will not access the Services through automated or non-human means, whether through a bot, script, or otherwise; (4) you will not use the Services for any illegal or unauthorised purpose; and (5) your use of the Services will not violate any applicable law or regulation.

If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current, or incomplete, we have the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any current or future use of the Services.

04Products

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any products at any time for any reason. Prices for all products are subject to change.

05Purchases and Payment

We accept the following forms of payment:

  • Visa
  • Mastercard
  • American Express
  • PayPal

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases, and to promptly update your account and payment information so that we can complete transactions and contact you as needed. Sales tax will be added where required. All payments shall be in Euros.

You agree to pay all charges at the prices then in effect and you authorise us to charge your chosen payment provider accordingly. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, even after payment has been requested or received, and to refuse, limit, or cancel any order in our sole discretion β€” including orders that appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors.

06Refunds Policy

All sales are final and no refund will be issued.

07Prohibited Activities

You may not access or use the Services for any purpose other than that for which we make them available. As a user of the Services, you agree not to:

  • Systematically retrieve data from the Services to create or compile a collection, database, or directory without our written permission.
  • Trick, defraud, or mislead us or other users, particularly in any attempt to learn sensitive account information such as passwords.

  • Use the Services in a manner inconsistent with any applicable laws or regulations.
  • Engage in unauthorised framing of or linking to the Services.

08User Generated Contributions

We may provide you with the opportunity to create, submit, post, display, or distribute content and materials to us or on the Services, including text, video, audio, photographs, or other material (collectively, "Contributions"). Contributions may be viewable by other users and through third-party websites, and may be treated in accordance with our Privacy Policy. When you make Contributions, you represent and warrant that they do not infringe any third party's rights, that you own or have the necessary licences and consents to use them, that they are not false or misleading, not unsolicited advertising, not obscene or objectionable, and that they comply with applicable laws β€” including those protecting the privacy, publicity rights, and well-being of others and of minors.

Any use of the Services in violation of this section may result in termination or suspension of your rights to use the Services.

09Contribution Licence

You and we agree that we may access, store, process, and use any information and personal data you provide, following the terms of our Privacy Policy and your choices. By submitting suggestions or other feedback, you agree that we can use and share such feedback for any purpose without compensation to you.

We do not assert ownership over your Contributions β€” you retain full ownership of them and any associated intellectual property rights. We are not liable for any statements made in your Contributions, and you are solely responsible for them.

10Third-Party Websites and Content

The Services may contain links to other websites ("Third-Party Websites") or third-party content ("Third-Party Content"). These are not investigated, monitored, or checked for accuracy by us, and we are not responsible for them. Inclusion of a link does not imply our endorsement. If you access a Third-Party Website, you do so at your own risk and these Legal Terms no longer govern. Any purchases made through Third-Party Websites are solely between you and that third party, and you agree to hold us blameless from any harm arising from such purchases or from any contact with Third-Party Websites or Content.

11Services Management

We reserve the right, but not the obligation, to monitor the Services for violations of these Legal Terms, take legal action against violators, restrict or disable access to any Contributions, remove content that is excessive or burdensome to our systems, and otherwise manage the Services to protect our rights and ensure proper functioning.

12Privacy Policy

We care about data privacy and security. Please review our Privacy Policy at ailisht.com/privacy. By using the Services, you agree to be bound by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Legal Terms. The Services are hosted in the Netherlands and the United States. If you access the Services from a region with data laws that differ from those jurisdictions, by continuing to use the Services you consent to your data being transferred to and processed in the Netherlands and the United States.

13Term and Termination

These Legal Terms remain in effect while you use the Services. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion and without notice or liability, to deny access to and use of the Services to any person for any reason, including breach of any representation, warranty, or covenant contained herein, and to delete any content you have posted at any time.

If we terminate or suspend your account, you are prohibited from registering a new account under your name or any other name. We also reserve the right to pursue appropriate civil, criminal, or injunctive legal action.

14Modifications and Interruptions

We reserve the right to change, modify, or remove the contents of the Services at any time without notice, and we have no obligation to update information on the Services. We cannot guarantee the Services will be available at all times, and we are not liable for any loss, damage, or inconvenience caused by downtime, interruption, or discontinuance.

15Governing Law

These Legal Terms are governed by the laws of Estonia, with the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods expressly excluded. If you are an EU consumer, you retain the protections afforded by the mandatory laws of your country of residence. Both parties agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tallinn, meaning you may bring a claim regarding your consumer protection rights in Estonia or in the EU country in which you reside.

16Dispute Resolution

Informal negotiations

To expedite resolution and control costs, the parties agree to first attempt to negotiate any dispute informally for at least thirty (30) days before initiating arbitration. Informal negotiations commence upon written notice from one party to the other.

Binding arbitration

Disputes that remain unresolved shall be determined by a single arbitrator chosen under the Arbitration and Internal Rules of the European Court of Arbitration, part of the European Centre of Arbitration in Strasbourg. The seat of arbitration shall be Tallinn, Estonia, proceedings shall be conducted in English, and the applicable substantive law shall be that of Estonia.

Restrictions

Arbitration is limited to disputes between the parties individually β€” no arbitration may be joined with another proceeding, brought on a class-action basis, or pursued in a representative capacity on behalf of the public or other persons.

Exceptions

Disputes concerning intellectual property rights, allegations of theft, piracy, invasion of privacy, or unauthorised use, and any claim for injunctive relief are not subject to the informal negotiation or arbitration provisions above and shall instead be decided by a court of competent jurisdiction.

17Corrections

The Services may contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions relating to descriptions, pricing, availability, and other information. We reserve the right to correct any such errors and to update information at any time without prior notice.

18Disclaimer

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, at your sole risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, and we make no representations about the accuracy or completeness of the Services' content. We assume no liability for errors in content, personal injury or property damage resulting from your use of the Services, unauthorised access to our servers, interruptions in transmission, viruses transmitted by third parties, or losses arising from content made available via the Services. We do not endorse or guarantee any third-party product or service offered through the Services, and you should exercise your own judgement and caution as you would with any purchase made through any medium.

19Limitations of Liability

In no event will we or our directors, employees, or agents be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including lost profit, lost revenue, or loss of data, arising from your use of the Services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Notwithstanding the foregoing, our liability to you for any cause will at all times be limited to the amount, if any, paid by you to us. Certain jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties or the exclusion of certain damages β€” if these laws apply to you, some of the above limitations may not apply, and you may have additional rights.

20Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless, including our subsidiaries, affiliates, and respective officers, agents, partners, and employees, from any loss, damage, liability, claim, or demand β€” including reasonable attorneys' fees β€” arising out of your use of the Services, breach of these Legal Terms, breach of your representations and warranties, violation of a third party's rights, or any harmful act toward another user. We reserve the right, at your expense, to assume exclusive defence and control of any matter subject to indemnification, and you agree to cooperate with our defence of such claims.

21User Data

We will maintain certain data that you transmit to the Services for the purpose of managing performance, as well as data relating to your use of the Services. Although we perform routine backups, you are solely responsible for all data you transmit, and you agree that we have no liability for any loss or corruption of such data.

22Electronic Communications, Transactions, and Signatures

Visiting the Services, sending us emails, and completing online forms constitute electronic communications. You consent to receive electronic communications and agree that agreements, notices, and disclosures provided electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communication be in writing. You agree to the use of electronic signatures, contracts, and records, and waive any rights requiring an original signature or non-electronic delivery, under any applicable statute or regulation.

23California Users and Residents

If any complaint with us is not satisfactorily resolved, you can contact the Complaint Assistance Unit of the Division of Consumer Services of the California Department of Consumer Affairs in writing at 1625 North Market Blvd., Suite N 112, Sacramento, California 95834, or by telephone at (800) 952-5210 or (916) 445-1254.

24Miscellaneous

These Legal Terms, together with any policies posted by us on the Services, constitute the entire agreement between you and us. Our failure to enforce any right or provision does not operate as a waiver of that right. We may assign our rights and obligations at any time and are not liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control. If any provision is found unlawful or unenforceable, it is deemed severable without affecting the remaining provisions. No joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship is created between you and us through these Legal Terms or your use of the Services.
